Out of all the vinegars I must say that balsamic is my favorite. So it is only proper that it be the star in this homemade salad finisher.
Homemade Balsamic Vinaigrette
Here is what you will need:
1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
1/2 lemon juice
3 garlic cloves, minced
~1 T. Dijon mustard
1/2 t. kosher salt
1/4 t. black pepper
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and whisk.
